Five Drawings

By late Tuesday night, around 9:30, I usually have just a couple of drawings that I think are good enough to include in this blog. But after this past Tuesday’s drawing session I saved 5 of my drawings. The model was obviously cruising along in Muse Control, so that could explain why so many drawings were good enough to keep. Or, another possibility, maybe I just think they’re good enough to keep. Muses are good at that too.

A 40-minute pose wrapped up the 3-hour drawing session.

20-minute portrait pose. I say “portrait pose” instead of “portrait” because it’s not quite good enough to qualify as a portrait.

Sometimes the light and shadow contrast appears exaggerated on the Zoom conference image. I mean that as a good thing.
