Pen & Ink
I finally decided to finish a couple of last weeks rough sketches in pen and ink instead of charcoal. Actually, they’re not pen and ink drawings — it’s a pen and ink technique, but they’re rendered with a black felt tip pen instead of pen and ink, because, as Andy Warhol said “That would be hard. This is easy.” The third drawing in this post I found under a stack of drawings scheduled for the trash bin and thought it served as a good comparison of the two techniques, ink and charcoal.
